Into a base of eastern mindfulness practices, I weave cognitive, somatic, narrative, solution-focused, Jungian and EMDR therapies, bringing you into connection with your own authenticity and natural inner resources. The resulting sense of calm, purpose and clarity will draw from the wisdom of the body and the power of mindful presence to ease suffering, find practical solutions and cultivate simple happiness.
